Exchanges / Claims
Products may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
Sale items with any defects are not eligible for exchange, claims, or returns.
We operate a no-refund policy. However, in exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at our discretion, depending on the payment method used.
Cash on Delivery Refund
Refund requests for Cash on Delivery orders must be submitted within 15 days of purchase.

Our customer service team will carefully inspect the product and determine whether a refund is applicable.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the e-wallet registered on our website. This credit can be used for a single purchase within 6 months.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Online Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. After shipment, the Exchange / Claim Policy will apply.

- Items being out of stock
- Pricing errors or system inaccuracies
